The quiet end of Robie!  A North End starter home perfect for the young buyer looking to get on the property ladder.   As it's semi detached, you get a lot more space for your money and the renovations are mostly complete as well.  Often as a first time home buyer, the majority of your funds are applied to the down payment and this doesn't leave much left over for renovations.  Thankfully, all the big ticket items in this one have already been completed!
