1660/62 Robie Street

Old world character with a ton of important renovations including plumbing, electrical, windows and roofing.  The interior has some cosmetic updates while maintaining its charm, including a newer kitchen, refinished floors and electric fireplace.  Upstairs you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms and renovated full bath.  The basement offers a separate entrance, in-floor heat and a kitchenette.   Three car parking with rear alley access and a large backyard complete the package.

Pros:  Spacious, character filled, revenue potential.
Cons: Busy road at certain points of the day, some exterior work left to do.

6262 Cedar Street

Well maintained and centrally located, this home offers a turn-key option for a new family.  Fully finished on all three levels plus an insulated attic mean you won't run out of space in a hurry.  If you do, there's lots of storage under the deck and in the garage.  A renovated kitchen and bright basement make this one worth a look.

Pros:  Location, three bathrooms, lots of storage.
Cons:  Back yard is not massive.

7162 Royal Pine Avenue

A little further away from Downtown and you instantly get more for your money.  This sprawling side-split has tons of space while offering a crisp, contemporary kitchen complete with quartz counters and a breakfast bar.  The flexible living spaces and bright windows make any room a great place to be.  A large, treed back yard is perfect for the kids to play in or for those summer BBQs.

Pros: Spacious, bright, large yard.
Cons:  Curb appeal a little dated.

5367 Roome Street - Pick of the week

North end homes are in demand and there are very few available. This affordable home gives the opportunity to live conveniently while capitilizing on an increasing real estate market.  A bright main floor, three bedrooms upstairs plus an additional den.  Outside you'll find a lovely back yard with a great deck and perennials to enjoy the summer months.

Pros:  Affordable, sought after North End.
Cons: Only one full bathroom.

6533 Edgewood Ave

For the right price, this home offers a ton of potential.  R2 zoning and just around the corner from St Catherine's school,  live upstairs and turn the basement into a revenue suite to offset your mortgage costs.  However, you will need imagination and renovation experience to get it to the point of being comfortable.

Pros:  Close to St Catherine's, revenue potential.
Cons: Extensive renovations needed.
