Note: If a listing we mention can no longer be seen above, it means it has sold.  All selections are made in our professional opinion and should not be construed as fact.

3147 Robie Street

A North End house with lots of potential, but on a very busy road.   An aggressive list price means the negative of the road will likely be overlooked and I anticipate it will sell quickly.  Looking for an entry level home for an affordable price?  Look no further.

Pros:  Great price, investment potential.
Cons: Busy Road.

3371 St. Andrews Street

If the last location was enough to turn you off, here's a plan B.  This home could do with a little updating and it might not be big enough for some, but there is a lot of value offered for the price.  Located in a cul-de-sac in the West End, you are close to everything you need.  A great option for a first time home buyer or young family.

Pros:  Location, value for money.
Cons:  Might not be big enough for some.

7030 Pearson Drive

Tastefully renovated and shouldering a train track, with a nice private back yard.  A wood burning fireplace, renovated kitchen, new plumbing and electrical, new roof, new bathrooms and in floor heat.   These upgrades make for an easy, move in ready house for a young family.  Certainly worth a look.

Pros: Well renovated, private back yard.
Cons:  No bathroom on the main level.

2372 Clifton Street - HaliPad Pick of the Week

The closer you get to the city centre, the higher the price.  This house is situated a short walk from the Halifax commons and a variety of restaurants. Lots of fantastic renovations and an absolutely epic yard complete with a covered deck.  This is our HaliPad Pick of the week for all sorts of reasons.

Pros: Location, tons of renovations, great yard.
Cons: Struggling to think of any!

5825 Point Pleasant Drive

The deep South!  Any further south and you'd be living in Point Pleasant Park.  This home won't suit everyone as you share a street with semi-detached homes.  However, if that isn't a bother, you'll love walking across the street with your dog to enjoy the trails of Point Pleasant.  Needs some updating but has lots of potential to be something special.

Pros:  Across from the park!
Cons:  Semi-detached homes on the street, needs some updating.
